AGRF Partners with Integrated Sciences to Offer Cutting-Edge Epigenetic Services with EpiCypher CUT&RUN and CUT&Tag Technologies

AGRF (Australian Genome Research Facility Ltd) and Integrated Sciences are excited to announce a new partnership that will bring advanced genomics capabilities to researchers across Australia and New Zealand. This collaboration will enable AGRF’s Advanced Genomics group to offer cutting-edge epigenetic services utilising EpiCypher’s CUT&RUN and CUT&Tag technologies.

Revolutionising Epigenetic Research with CUT&RUN and CUT&Tag

AGRF is excited to integrate EpiCypher’s CUT&RUN and CUT&Tag technologies into its suite of epi/genomic and proteomic services, making the shift towards tools that redefine the study of protein-DNA interactions and histone modifications. These next-generation methods provide several advantages over traditional chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays, including reduced sample requirements, improved sensitivity, lower sequencing requirements and faster turnaround times.

Our decision to adopt EpiCypher’s robust, high-quality chemistry reflects our commitment to empower researchers with the cutting edge epigenomic tools to unravel the complexities of gene regulation and epigenetic mechanisms. Together, we are committed to advancing research and driving breakthroughs across genomics and epigenetics.

  • CUT&RUN (Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease) enables efficient capture and mapping of protein-DNA interactions at a single-cell level, ideal for exploring transcription factor binding, histone modifications and other chromatin-related processes.

  • CUT&Tag (Cleavage Under Target and Tagmentation) combines the high-resolution power of CUT&RUN with the benefits of tagmentation, offering even greater sensitivity for limited samples and the detection of low-abundance protein-DNA interactions.

Both techniques are highly compatible with various types of biological samples, including primary tissues and rare cell populations, making them ideal for applications ranging from cancer research to developmental biology and immunology among others.

Enhancing Capabilities for Australian Researchers

By partnering with Integrated Sciences, AGRF’s Advanced Genomics group, already recognised for its expertise in high-throughput genomic services, will now leverage EpiCypher’s proprietary technologies to provide researchers with unprecedented access to these cutting-edge epigenetic profiling methods.
