1. RNA-Seq: TruSeq mRNA Library Prep with polyA selection and unique dual indexing, sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000, 100bp Single Read, 20M reads.

2. RNA-Seq Upgrade: TruSeq mRNA Library Prep with polyA selection and unique dual indexing, sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000, 100bp Paired-End, 20M read pairs.

3. Whole Transcriptome: TruSeq Stranded mRNA Total Library Prep with Ribo-Zero Gold rRNA depletion and unique dual indexing, sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000, 100bp Paired-End, 50M read pairs.

3. Samples must be received by COB 30 September, 2020.
4. Minimum batch size of 12 samples, increasing in multiples of 6.
5. All QC and library preparation included. 
6. Additional charges apply for nucleic acid extraction or data analysis.
7. Turnaround time 30 business days.
