An important update regarding COVID-19
/Dear valued partner,
With COVID-19 continuing to impact people around the globe, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that it is our top priority at AGRF to support our user base while ensuring the health and safety of our team and community.
We have implemented a range of measures to increase protection for all parties from infection transmission. Business continuity plans are in place both internally and via close communication with our key suppliers of reagents and equipment maintenance, as well as our building managers to help ensure our services continue to be delivered during this challenging time. At this point, all AGRF laboratories (Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane) are fully operational and samples can be dropped off at our usual sample collection points.
Whilst we are increasing our working from home arrangements for staff, this will not affect the level of service provided. Our phone and email contacts remain the same and our staff will be arranging to replace physical meetings with virtual meetings.
We acknowledge that the situation with regards to COVID-19 is evolving rapidly, and we are actively monitoring official guidance provided by the World Health Organisation and State and Federal Governments. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if we can provide any more information or assistance.
We will continue to keep you informed in what is a dynamic and unprecedented situation that we are all facing together. We thank you for your ongoing business and support as your genomics sciences partner.
Yours sincerely
Dr Kirby Siemering
Chief Executive Officer
