10x Genomics Single Cell Technology

The 10X Next GEM technology creates a unique reagent delivery system that partitions cells or nuclei and prepares sequencing libraries in parallel such that all fragments produced within a partition share a common barcode. This process ensures that a sample maintains its single cell characteristics, with each barcode enabling a fragment to be traced back to its cell or nucleus of origin.

AGRF offers single cell solutions on the Chromium X. The platform can partition hundreds of thousands of fresh, frozen or fixed cells in a single run, and can handle a range of projects, from pilot studies to the highest throughput analysis. The instrument is compatible with all 10X Genomics single cell assays, allowing for the capture of molecular read-outs of cell activity including:

Honeycomb Biotechnologies HIVE Single Cell Technology

The HIVE is a portable, handheld, single-use device that enables gentle capture, robust storage, and easy processing for the analysis of single-cell samples. Cells in a suspension are loaded into the HIVE and allowed to gently settle into the individual wells of the picowell array, each containing a barcoded capture bead. When the cells are separated, a cell preservation solution is added to stabilize the RNA. The HIVEs can then be stored in the freezer and shipped when ready for processing.

• Fragile cell recovery, such as granulocytes (neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils).

• Collecting samples in a low-resource setting.
