10x Genomics Chromium
AGRF has the Chromium X instrument, which partitions cells and barcodes their target molecules in nanometer-sized Gel Beads-in-emulsion (GEMs), using a microfluidic droplet-based approach. The platform supports the full portfolio of the latest Chromium assays and their multiomic capabilities. AGRF offers these assays to support a wide range of projects, from pilot studies to the highest throughput analysis.

Universal 3’ Gene Expression (GEM-X)
Reverse transcription-based whole transcriptome assay that provides single cell 3' gene expression.
Universal 5’ Gene Expression (Immune cell profiling) (GEM-X)
Reverse transcription-based whole transcriptome assay that allows analysis of full-length, paired B-cell or T-cell receptor (BCR/TCR) sequences, and 5’ gene expression, from a single cell.
Flex Gene Expression (GEM-X)
Probe-based assay with the incorporation of a fixation step at the point of sample collection, that enables single cell gene expression for protein coding genes on samples that were previously inaccessible due to logistical challenges in sample handling, or on archival or lower quality samples.
Epi ATAC (Next GEM)
Transposase-based assay that analyses thousands of unique open chromatin fragments genome-wide with single cell resolution.
Epi Multiome ATAC+Gene Expression (Next GEM)
Assay that performs direct measurements of reverse transcription-based 3' gene expression and transposase-based chromatin accessibility from the same cell.
Honeycomb Biotechnologies HIVE
The HIVE is a portable, handheld, single-use microwell device that enables gentle capture and partitioning of cells, robust storage, and easy processing single-cell samples. This solution is ideal for previous challenging applications such as the recovery of fragile cells that may be susceptible to damage from a microfluidic-based capture, and overcoming logistic challenges such as sporadic sample availability, and samples with low cell input and/or cell concentration, such as those from biopsies, swabs, BALs, and FNAs.
The current offering from Honeycomb Biotechnologies is the HIVE CLX, a reverse transcription-based whole transcriptome assay that provides single cell 3' gene expression. AGRF offers the provision of HIVE CLX collectors for cell capture and the processing of filled HIVEs.
