The annual Australian Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Society (ABACBS) conference is now in its ninth year. Bioinformatics and computational biology are central to addressing biological problems that are increasingly data-rich, often requiring multidisciplinary solutions. The ABACBS conference is Australia's largest for these rapidly expanding fields, bringing together students, academics, researchers, and professionals to showcase the latest cross- discipline research applying cutting-edge technologies, brainstorm ideas, and forge new connections.
The conference will feature international and national keynote speakers and contributed oral and poster presentations. It will also run in conjunction with the COMBINE student symposium, Symposium on Bioinformatics Excellence and Innovation, BiocAsia, and an EMCR Hackathon.
