Olink Spooktacular: Proteomics For Non-Plasma / Non-Serum Samples.

Are you frightfully curious about running a small pilot proteomics study to see what’s hidden within?  

For the month of October 2024, we’re waiving the 43-sample minimum for Olink HT. This means that you can submit a small number of non-plasma / non-serum samples (2 or more) for biomarker discovery, and we’ll pool your samples onto a plate with other spooktacular samples. 

You’ll be accessing the Olink multiplexed library of 5,400+ proteins across a broad range of therapeutic areas, and potentially opening new possibilities by revealing deep proteomic information from your samples. 

Here are some of the sample types that have been run on Olink before:

  • Urine

  • Tissue lysate

  • Interstitial fluid/microdialysis

  • Ocular fluids

  • Saliva

  • Synovial fluid

  • Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)

  • Fine needle biopsies

  3. This offer ends 31 October 2024.

  4. Your signed quote acceptance and purchase order must be received before
    24 October 2024.

  5. Samples must be submitted before 31 October 2024.

  6. Turnaround time is dependent on filling an 86-sample plate with samples from multiple clients. We anticipate delivering data before November 30, 2024. 

  7. Due to samples being from an alternate or non-traditional matrix, we cannot guarantee protein detection and quantitation using Olink HT. 

  8. Protein extractions must be performed by the client, with samples being submitted as extracted protein material in buffer. 

  9. Samples must have protein content quantified and normalised (ideally at or near to 0.5 mg/mL). 

  10. Minimum sample volume of 40 µl. 

  11. Additional charges will apply for custom bioinformatics. 

  12. Data delivery as normalised protein expression (NPX) values in a .csv file format.
